Terms and Support Policy
The operating terms prepared for BasePO launch readiness.
Pre-launch status
BasePO remains in private launch-readiness testing. These terms do not announce a public launch or create a public offer.
Authorized use
Merchants and approved staff may use BasePO only for stores they are authorized to manage. Users must protect personal credentials and may not attempt to bypass store, role, or Shopify authorization boundaries.
Service operation
BasePO depends on Shopify and other service providers. Features may be unavailable during maintenance, provider outages, token renewal, or security response. Merchants remain responsible for reviewing purchase orders and inventory changes before confirming them.
Billing
Real merchant billing is not active during launch-readiness work. Any future paid plan will disclose its price and terms before activation and will require the merchant's approval through the applicable Shopify billing flow.
