Report an incident
Email support@basepohq.com with your Shopify store domain, approximate time, affected workflow, and any Request ID shown by BasePO.
Security or privacy escalation
Send privacy-sensitive reports to privacy@basepohq.com. Do not include passwords, API keys, access tokens, or browser cookies.
